Ellie Tanner

Support Coordinator

I commenced working in the disability sector in 2015 and have worked at Anowah since 2022. I have a career background in childcare/early education, healthcare, and disability support work, including tertiary studies in education, nursing and community services. I am passionate about supporting people build their independence, make informed decisions about the supports they receive, believing in holistic care with a person-centred and best practice approach. I embrace relationships with family, friends, and professional networks as fundamental to our wellbeing on a professional and personal level as our identity is more than a family member, employee/team member, participant, our health or our capabilities. I strongly believe we are all unique individuals to be treated with respect and equal opportunity.
