She has an extensive background in the Community Services and Disability Sector focusing on high-quality service delivery, strategic business development, corporate commercialisation and innovation. Having witnessed the daily challenges faced by friends and family members living with disabilities, Jo has a strong commitment to the rights of all people living with disability to live a life directed by them, and a lifelong commitment to creating a more equitable society. Jo’s professional aspirations are to work towards more inclusive and accessible communities and envisions a future where individuals with disabilities are not only active members of their chosen communities but celebrated for their unique contributions.
Chris Clark
Manager, Payroll/Finance
Chris loves numbers, she is passionate about her job & takes great pride in her work. The Anowah family & amazing clients have been a part of her life for more than 21 years & she is a proud supporter of them all. Chris loves nothing more than spending time with her family. She also likes to read & enjoy many warm summer days boating & water skiing on the Hawkesbury River with her family.
Leanne Franklin
Operations Manager, Home & Living
Leanne’s working career spans over 25 years within the Disability, Community Development, Early Childhood and Early Intervention space. Working within the disability sector since 2010 and having worked for some of Australia’s largest disability service providers in the not-for-profit industry. A strong dedication to delivering person-centred active support and empowering individuals to live a life they choose. Leanne’s commitment to the disability services sector makes a real difference to people’s lives providing personal, physical and emotional support assisting with independence, confidence and community belonging.
Angela Wilkinson
MANAGER, COMMUNITY HUB & ENGAGEMENT
Angela has extensive experience in the disability sector spanning over two decades. This includes teaching and education, business/operational strategy, governance and ensuring customer requirements are satisfied.
Angela has a strong desire for customer service outcomes which has been the key to professional and personal growth. For over a decade, Angela has been a senior lead across not-for-profit sector, centred on customer service to ensure delivery of support and services are in line with the customer’s expectations and NDIS practice standards.
In addition to her role at Anowah, Angela assists on various sector related committees’ ensuring people with disability, their families and carers are connected and informed about their rights and choices to live their best life with a focus on social justice, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Beverley Ward
Manager, Administration
Bev has worked in the disability sector for over 35 years in all service areas and is committed to the delivery of quality service provision to people with disabilities. Bev has a Diploma in Business Management. On a personal note, Bev enjoys her time spent with family and friends, particularly her 2 beautiful grandchildren
Melissa Rossi
Support Coordination Lead
Melissa has extensive, hands-on experience across multiple public sectors including education, health, aged care & disability spanning over 15 years. Practical experience with multiple tertiary qualifications and ongoing professional development help contribute to a deep understanding of individuals’ unique needs and circumstances.
Intrinsically motivated to support those who are most vulnerable in achieving their goals. Melissa believes a collaborative approach with transparent communication provides individuals with the resources for success.
Melissa is highly organised, with rich interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of NDIS guidelines. This facilitates effective support coordination where participants are empowered in decision making.

With over nine years of experience in the disability sector, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in achieving their NDIS goals. Every day, I find purpose and fulfillment in knowing that my work contributes to meaningful progress in the lives of our participants. I am proud to be part of a dedicated and supportive team that upholds high practice standards and fosters a collaborative environment. My goal is to make a positive difference, not only for the participants I support but also for the colleagues I work alongside—each and every day.

Passionate about creating meaningful and empowering experiences, she focuses on building strong, person-centred teams that deliver high-quality care. Dalisay values open communication, continuous learning, and fostering a positive environment where both staff and clients feel supported. Dalisay takes pride in leading a team that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives every day.
Monica Coady
Team Leader, Home & Living
Monica has been working in the disability sector for the past 24 years, commencing in the aged care sector for a short period, initially across home care and community access. The diversity of client engagement and developing programs that assists participants to reach their goals is extremely satisfying. Monica is passionate about and dedicated to client advocacy for participants who may not have found their voice. Monica could not see herself working in any other sector.

Syed is a passionate professional in disability services with over nine years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities. In his role as Hub and Community Team Leader, he’s dedicated to building inclusive, supportive environments that genuinely make a difference in people’s lives. Syed focuses on connecting with clients, creating meaningful community engagement, and ensuring that services run smoothly to help individuals achieve greater independence and well-being. He’s committed to making a positive, lasting impact and assisting others to live their best lives.
Charlie Arena
Property Maintenance
Charlie has a 28 year association with Anowah and has provided Maintenance and Handyman services for the past 22 years. Charlie enjoys his time at Anowah and the relationships he has built with the clients over the years. In his personal life, Charlie is a keen Horticulturalist and enjoys working his hobby farm. Charlie loves spending time with his partner Grant, his 4 children and 8 grandchildren
